Very Vintage. Very Vogue.

So much silk! Yards of taffeta. Not to mention the hair spray!

Moi aussi! I wish I had access to those costumes and to have my own Leonard whip up a towering pouf trimmed with roses like K.Dunst is wearing. (Though I read a brief interview and Kirsten did say the actual styling of her hair of excruciatingly painful.
So we know that part of the film was historically accurate–unlike the corsets!

me too! I want to find a seamstress/costumer who can make an authentic Gran Corps. Squeeze it all in to 17″!

Ah, taffeta. The word itself is so onomatopoeic.

I meant “Oy!” Next to my smiley above. Sometimes I hate when my iPad thinks it knows better than me what I meant to say! 🙂

Dude, my iPad has that same superiority complex. It’s worse when it autocorrects my Spanish into something ridiculous.
While we’re on the subject, do you compose your blogs on the iPad? I find it irritating cos the WP ap is sketchy at best.

No, usually it’s from my notebook, but when I just want to do quick read and/or reply, I’ll grab the iPad ‘cos it’s a no-bootup process.
